ISM Parent Feedback Portal for Compliments, Complaints or Concerns
Welcome to the Parent Feedback Portal! We look forward to hearing from you, whether it be for compliments, complaints, or concerns.
As per our school-wide communication procedure to facilitate open lines of communication with the appropriate parties, we encourage you to contact us using the following procedure:
Step 1: To contact ISM regarding any compliments, complaints or concerns, please always contact your child’s classroom or homeroom teacher as your first port of call. This person will deal with the issue directly when possible or will delegate or escalate it to the appropriate staff member.
Step 2: If you have already contacted your child’s classroom or homeroom teacher regarding a compliment or complaint, as per our school-wide procedure, but you have not received acknowledgement or resolution, please submit the
Compliment and Complaint Form below. A formal written compliment or complaint is more formal than expressing a passing word of gratitude or concern about an individual student or isolated case; it would constitute something more significant that warrants immediate attention by a member of the ISM senior leadership team. The appropriate member of our senior leadership team, including the Director and Head of the relevant school, will be made aware of your concern and will see your matter through to a conclusion.
